Great crowd out! Nice steady pace set by Smithers and everybody stayed together right 'till the end! Caroline was on the pace all night ... fair dues to her! Poor old Terry got a puncture on the edge of the N11 in the pitch dark which can't have been much fun! Exactly 60kms and 26.3km/hr average for me - perfect! Thanks everybody!

Great spin tonight, stayed with the mad Epic roadies on the way out and came back through Enniskerry, nice route with a few hills to spice it up. This Strava thing is savage, every time I see a hill the race mode switches on!
Caroline is going very well I have to say, it'll be very interesting XC season for the ladies for sure.
