Saturday 4th February 10.00am Lambe Doyles ladies and juniors only

Ok..the first in a series of ladies and juniors only spins starting this Saturday.
Lambe doyles
WW
Glencullen
Loop up fireroad and down the Mini bog
Up by Freds and down rock n roller
Ewoks and back to Lambe doyles.

And I want all the ladies on this, except Wendy who is broken !

The only other assistance I will need on these spins is from any of the Committee members available.

All ladies are welcome.
from any club provided they are not complete beginners.
Let me know if you are coming and I will cancel.
I am racing the next day so I will not be creasing anybody and I will not be on a mission.
However this is an xc training spin so no baggies, no flats and no 6" bikes.
Club gear also.

The young guy i have out on spins would love this and i think he would be well able he was out with shona and caroline on harri spin on saturday i think he ha's out grown my spins with the kids .He is 15 and enthusiastic .

I completely understand ,i will get more mountain miles under he's feet and get him a bit more prepared and then i will bring him on one of these spins.i will get him to keep goin on harri or shona spins.
