Well Smithers had so much to drink last night that he's had to book a week in the Canaries to recover!

But I'm going to go ahead with the usual road spin leaving Foxrock Church at 6.30pm sharp! Nice steady pace. See you there!

Grand spin altogether! Started with only 5 of us but picked up 4 or 5 more along the way. Nice quick pace on the usual route. Bloody cold to start but warmed up nicely. Thanks lads

Jaysus...I decided to do an extra loop on the way back, turned back in Kilmac and went over Kindlestown to Delgany and back to Kilmac, I nearly 'hit the wall' on the way home (not enough food with me, should've known better) but a kind barmaid in Palmers saved me with a bottle of their finest Lucozade, which I have yet to pay for!
3h and 76K... I need plenty of swan for dinner, that's for sure!
