Doing a short loop, up the road by Tibradden, up the Wocca Woccas, Fairycastle, Ninja, T-Connector, Quality, Upper Blue Light Trail, Rhomper and home.

Il be passing the lights at Taylors at 18.00

As always there'l be no craic on this spin, talking is only allowed to gauge your intensity by RPE / Borg...

Which point on the scale are we talking about here Oz? :)

Feic'n brilliant... we decided it was best to split into two groups... the Wocca's & Fairy Castle is a craic'n climb... then all the best techy stuff that Ticknock has to offer... Ninja is in great shape, T-Connector and Quality (that's what I call it anyway) were megatastic and then saving the best til last, it was Romper, just fantabulus... cant wait til tomorrows spin.
