I'll try to make it for 6:15 but if I don't then when is the best spot to intercept?

the best spot is either the village or the Big Bray Roundabout !

Eh yeah!! Although I have a road race on sat morning....

I'm not really sure which mtb spins to join, RL and Smithers Sunday epics suited me great but that hasn't happened for a while...

There are spins going on Rob! When you (finally) dust off your mountain bike send me a PM and we can keep in touch!

great spin, great turnout, girls were flying, Steo took the whole spin to fix a flat tyre ! I couldn't believe it when we went back out to Bray and he was still there, even Caroline mocked him !
Doris is the man to watch this year, he had already done 3 hours on the Mountainbike before he murdered everybody on tonights spin ! Legend Beast of a Savage..who is that Max lad that broke and went to Bray for an ice cream !

Disaster!!!...second tube had no valve and had to wait till you guys got back but some bloke gave me a tube and by the time it was done i just went back the n11.

Really enjoyed that but really missed not getting out on Tuesday! Felt like getting sick on all the climbs - showed in my times too!
Great to start the spin before it got dark, can't wait for the summer!
