Savage spins

Savage spins from now on will be via email. I have a major pain in my bollix explaining my rules on this.
Every poxy year we give people the chance to get on the hard spins by riding our 6" bikes from September till January. If you didn't take that opportunity you are not serious about the hard spins.
You cannot come on them now when we have upped our game to our hardtails.

due to whinging I have decided to run 4 spins a week , I know, only 4 spins , sorry about that. I realise that leaves 3 days with out me being involved in a spin!
Tuesday is for serious racers, Senior 1 and 2,
THursday Senior 3 and 4
Saturday morning, definitely for Senior 1/2s !
Sunday, senior 1 and 2. Is that ok ? I'm sorry but thats all I can manage right now, new job and all plus the kids spins I will be doing next month when the clocks go forward.
I am nearly 50 you know, so I am slowing down, so just bear with me. I can only manage 3 senior 1/2 spins because due to a genetic abnormality, I am able to have a Management job, write tons on the internet, have a family , have normal friends, get pissed , fight with Organisations and still have a good time, so you will have to find it in your hearts somewhere to forgive me !
