Thursday 1st March 2012 - Night ride Palmers for 6.30

This spin is open to everybody, 6.30 at Palmers , get ready for the Summer ! It wont be handy but its for S3/S4 riders. Obviously S1/S2 are welcome but the pace is not for them ! SO no whinging.

well if only 2 people are coming I am not going to bother. I am going for a big spin during the day and I am not putting on a spin for less than 10 people !

I take it most rides etc occur tuesday or thursday? think im gonna have a re look at my work schedule to allow me thursday nights off. Wont make tomorrow but definately want to make the club races
