I will meet you at louglinstown roundabout,i havent been on the bike for five weeks i need to get some miles in,

I should make it out also, if i cant make 6.30 il try catch up along route..

No hanging around tonight,thanks RL for waiting after i had a chain slip.I think the pace has picked up since i was last on a road spin.

Super spin richard,felt a bit tired at the start but got my second wind on the new route,look forward to the next one.

Ohh what a night for riding the bike, no wind no rain and no cold happy days, didn't do the extra loop was a bit out of sorts tonight and really not in the mood to do extra k so just stuck to the original route. Cheers RL.

Managed to burst over from d Northsoide, threw the bike into the car, which I had to abandon at Sandymount strand....!!

Great route, plenty of rolling hills makes a change from Howth all d time, cheers Richard! :-)
