Tuesday 28th Feb Spin 6.15 Lambe Doyles

Ok, usual Tuesday route including the regroup points. These are at the top of the long climbs where whoever gets there ahead of other people has to turn around, go back down until they meet the last person coming up and climb back up with them. No stopping at the top and on to the next bit.
