Nice burn in the legs now! Cheers lads - we set a good pace up the promenade bike lane dodging feckless and runners and people on roller blades with dogs and cyclists on the wrong side - it was a free for all in the dark! Then on to Howth which seems to have its own micro climate - it was foggy, windy and cold out there - way different to balmy Clontarf. Up through the village, up past the church and up the steepest incline around here. Pulling wheelies on the steepest part on the corner. Did that twice and headed home again on promenade. Might do it three times once evenings get a bit brighter and we can see what's coming at us.
