Thursday 1st March Lambs for 6.15 road spin

Meeting at Lambs 6.15 heading for laps of Firhouse, then over the mountains back to Taylors for climb up to Ticknock to the masts, back down out to Sandyford, stepaside and back to lambs 55k or so.

Steady pace with a 4 fast bursts up the climb at the back of Firhouse.

Then steady climbing up the harder climbs.

Finish off with a nice steady spin back to lambs.

Post if your coming ,as I will be passing lambs at 6.15 not stopping or waiting.

Yesh the demon is calling, MTB will take over soon , the club league on Thursday's Saturday screamers and Sunday race or spin. Poss Friday sneaky spin too!!

I'd say this was some craic tonight..

Actually smart tash man it was a feckin deadly spin, the bromance is getting stronger every day as you slip from my thoughts hahaha. Anyway it's a great loop 57k in total no stopping just spinning and the racing each other up the hills. Happy days I feel like a beer!!!
