Tuesday 6th March road spin - 6.30pm

Same route as last week! Approx 60kms at 25-26km/hr with a few nice hills!

They have these electric bikes these days too..cop on to yourself ! while the trails are dry you should be on them !! you'll be getting a stairmaster soon !

Well there must have been a whole lot of "hair washing" and "roller insertion" going on tonight! Just myself and Andy but we had a good, hard 70k spin! The wind was cruel in places but apart from that it wasn't too bad! Nearly 1000mts of climbing too at a nice steady pace! Thanks Andy!

That loop is perfect its bang on 70K for me. The headwind was a pain at times. I was starving near the end, ate like a horse when i got home! Thanks Richard.
