up the track in to the Barney Car Park
up right through the stile
short loop through the Scalp
across the road to Leadmines
through the gate and up right then left up along the fence..
down section 2 yes down !
right along the fireroad
Left down the walking trail
which brings you all the way around to the Rathmichael Climb towards the tower,
you should have caught up by then !! or intercepted..
No feckin Carbon race bikes, unless thats all you have !

Really great to be on the bike again some hoard out tonight. I was suddenly feeling totally jaded and when I saw oz go, well I just couldn't resist the temptation to have him all to myself.!! Cheers for a deadly spin folks T
absolutely brilliant spin, great turnout..bone dry trails..well done kids, even if most of you were on serious xc bikes..fair play to Orla on her big bike..Kellyers bike wouldn't be out of place in a World Cup !! pity about Mickys mechanical , Oscars crash and Caroline ripped off her rear mech as well ! great atmosphere tonight , great to see everybody, even Jay was out and he must have about 4 kids at this stage..and no spin is ever complete without Terry and Smithers !!

That was brilliant craic after so many wasted months without an Epic spin. Thanks Richie and Jack and all. Snapped my chain towards the end so rolled home early but other than that a perfect evening.
