I got my roadbike fix today so I'm heading up to the Leadmines for a bit of punishment tomorrow! 3 repeats of 3 tough hills interspaced by a spin around the usual stuff! I'm leaving home at 5.30pm on my bike so if anyone wants to come along I'll pick you up in the car park of Bradys pub in Shankill or meet you at the bottom of the Scalp at whatever time you want!
