Brilliant spin! Nice fast pace with a great crew. Amazing the difference two days can make - the Leadmines was horrible on Tuesday and perfect tonight! Many thanks Richie - the Thursday night spins are the business!

hey folks, great spin..everybody is coming along feckin deadly, especially the ladies. I was very impressed with the pace and the discipline and we have a really tight group on these, even if Rasher took a short cut , the fecker ! theres some savage climbs on that loop, well done to Colm. Two spins in one day is about as hard as you can get !

Yeah that was a good spin, having richie on your wheel certainly makes you dig down deep. I'm still struggling to get my power back but hopefully it'll come back.
That really is a good loop for training, thanks guys and gals great group out

Deadly spin, really enjoyed it, savages fly along all the time, it's one crazy pain-train! Loved it, thanks Richie, great to see all the crew again, who I hadn't seen in a while. The leadmines are truly great. What a place to go ride a bike. Pure fun.
