Is the Tuesday spin on this week ??

If not I can be at lambs for 6.30 tuesday the 10th for the usual Tuesday spin thanks

I don't think I'll make it for 6.30 tomorrow but if I don't I'll just catch up (or try to anyway).

for future reference folks..I do 3 Club spins a week now, Thursday and Monday and I will be starting Fridays for skill sessions very soon ! So what I do other nights is nothing to do with the club, respect this please, if I don't invite you along its not because I dont like you or anything,its just I think 3 spins with the club is enough for anybody. People will have to start running Sunday and Tuesday spins within the club, use the forum dont bug me about it.
If you are going on a spin put it up on the forum and away you go.

Now that was a deadly loop of 3rock, I was loving the post-Expert-Cycles-serviced bike... so much fun!

That's what will make you ride quicker! You are very handy on the man made stuff, some speed down the Metro! I'm always a bit too cautious on those trails...

no I'm not too bollixed to reply I was sriting a big long email to Cycling Ireland !! then I read it and said fook that sh it..yeah I was tired but to be honest I was to angry to really enjoy the spin..so I bailed ! Yeah it was a great spin..glad we didnt do the long loop, that would have been sheer misery.

Great just to be out....! But I just wasn't firing on all cylinders , not sure if it was the Tail end of the shingles or the excess alcohol over the past week to mark the old 40th birthday, anyway still better than getting fat in front of the TV

Yep decided not to do the long loop as it would have been misery coming home on the road, Myself, Ray, PhilT hit the trails at 6 we did all the good bits lots of climbing and bumped into Steo where he joined us and then we met Byrner and Davek just before lambs. Deadly spin and not to wet either managed to skip most of the rain too
