Oh God ..... that's why I love the Thursday spins .... you're usually a bit bollixed so the pace is manageable! Why don't you go and do about 60kms offroad this morning and we'll see you later ......

Stuck in work

fantastic spin, fantastic bunch, easily the best Thursday yet, with minimal stopping , spectacular crashes, first time ever I arrived home still shaking !! Mickky is definitely back on form and we were missing several people this spin was designed for, I can't figure that out at all but as its the last one, it doesn't matter ! I am in bits here..ouch !

Here is the Report from RayDar's Eyes, Superspiffing spin, RayDar met at Taylors at 5.45 and off we went up and over 3 rock hitting Metro 1 then down to Freds, down past Fox's and met up with the other Bunch of Epic heads, headed by Rigid Mickkky. Then off to the leadmines where Byrne took charge and led us on a super spin around the leadmines, he had abit of a tumble going down the old quary, that lad is as hard as the hammer that hits the nails, we patched him upand off we went. finished off by taking in the last 3 sections of the club course woohoo its riding deadly. Cheers Rich great job once again.

Tough spin tonight, legs like lead from the "get go"! Great gang though and weather cooperated too! Thanks all!

Great spin, those trails are riding so well. Thanks Richie for leading, Micky how to you do it with those rigid forks and 40psi in the wheels, you must have shoulder joints like Arnold Schwarthisnamecantspell. 8.45pm getting in the door and still bright, yes!!! No more night lights for another year.

I did the same spin earlier on with the 2 girls Erica and Carol..fair play to the two of them they are getting out loads and training hard ..some craic ! found a sleeper bridge mountain Meathail built and fell off it earlier ..bent me brake lever and banjoed me leg ! But the show must go on !

sorry i missed this spin but a last minute job came up and had to work late...heading out for a blast tomorrow.
