this sunday I will be leading a spin around djouce

this will be steady paced with no unforced stops

this is for the people who are not invited on richies spin

this is NOT a beginner spin,competent riders only

it will be better craic than it sounds!!!!

Unfortunately I'm away this weekend, think I'll only be doing the club race till after myself and simon do the Belfast marathon. I can't speak for the lads don't think they could make it out as far as djouce without a car?! Enjoy the spin.

If I'd known that was going to be so tough I'd have driven up to Djouce! Nearly 50kms and over 1500mts of climbing for me ..... I'm bollixed! Great crew (about 20 people) and with the exception of a couple of puncture stops a good steady pace. Maulin never gets any easier! We were blessed with the weather too, not a drop of rain all spin! Thanks for giving up your spin with the Super Savages Alfie - I appreciate it!
