Reminder this Wednesday new years eve we are having a downhill spin in cloon riding from 10.00. We are hoping to have the film crew from the blast up to get some of our fine downhill action so wear your sunday best............. see you all there. Adam.

i'm dying with the Black Lung..liked it when I was actually on my bike, absolutely despised it while pushing my bike..I was sweating like a Peter O fihle in a barney suit while pushing up..funny episode with Sean going " off trail " near the first little jump..
