Sunday 13th Club Spinarooney 10.00am Lambe Doyles

I can't make it to Cork so I am running the Club spin next Sunday, all are welcome , even fat members. Me and SMithers will be in charge and it will involve a massive loop of 3 Rock , involving a lot of climbing, descending and generally old school. We will also be travelling over to Prince Willies and back again.it will be a non stop spin of 3 Hours.

Ehh Ok then, we might change this a bit, once we have actually talked about it hahahaa!!! I love this sh1t.
