heading to Ballinastoe for 10.00am on Friday in anybody wants to join me and Carol. I've torn my yang muscles and need something less demanding for a comedown after the weeks escapades.

well theres new bits avoiding the Dafydd trails, like you said before....which I have to say are some of the stupidest shortcuts i've ever seen.
though we did see one guy struggling so much on a flat bit he had to get off and walk.
No , we were on some of the old POG trails, which were pretty bloody deadly and added a fair bit on to the loop.
I was being facetious about the new bits..I wanted Don and RichardL to get a covert horn, wherever they are.
