Potentially spin of the year, whatever the weather. If i was not committed to cheering on the wife and her mom in the mini marathon I'd be there like a shot.

I hate that Mini Marathon nonsense...a mini marathon is something dwarves or midgets do ..
I have often been lurking in Tescos buying Wine and Chicken Nuggets and I have heard ladies voices talking about "The Marathon " I assume when I turn around they will be sleek female robots with thousand yard stares but no, its always two Marathon sized bints wrapped in Cotton tracksuits pushing trolleys loaded with Low Fat Mayonaise and Diet Coke..

Is Catherine wearing short shorts and how the hell did you manage to bag a hottie like her in the first place ? and tell her if she ever gets sick of a man who brushes his teeth , uses deoderant and whose knuckles don't drag along the floor tell her to give me a shout , just don't tell Carol or I'll be in big trouble !

It's true though, my mate used to work in a female only gym and it drove him mad listening to the "mini-marathon" ****e... it's a 10k... get over it...

that was an excellent spin..there was one section of adventure riding which culminated in me going over the handlebars at high velocity but the rest of the spin was amazing..I can't believe there was only me, Alfie, Max, Orla, Clom, Jeremiah, Andy and Oz on this spin..where were the rest of you wasters ?

i got your text..its on the wall of shame with Dons excuse !! you would have loved the spin..we all got to the top of Scarr and ran around naked, even Orla, actually it was her idea ! Yay..Naked Powergel eating on Wicklows best little mountain sponsored by Wicklow Bike-Holidays !! If all Ihad in the club were the people on todays spin and yesterdays I would be happy..the rest of you stink ! I bet Lynchy did 900 kms on the N11 or laps of the Field in Kilbogget ! I don't know, its not like we get the opportunity to ride in Glendalough every week..something happened in Laragh as we were leaving, Ambulances and fire engines were bating up the Glenmacnass road..Oscar reckoned some Hillwalker got a cramp !

Well I had to ring an ambulance for a guy who totalled himself and his motorbike at the top of the Wicklow Gap! He was in a right mess (not a great place to fall off!) and it took nearly 50 minutes for the ambulance to arrive!

What a megatastic spin, such a great day out... thanks Byrner...

jaysus...just as well you were up there , I'd say the Ambulance had some job getting through the traffic in Laragh...the place was jammers, the Gardai were ticketing cars parked on the road.
We should set up our own rescue service..like Thunderbirds !

Rescue you and then humiliate you on the way down...

Great adventure spin as expected, I think I even got a sunburn! I'd say there was a good few crashes on those roads today...
