they mainly come out in the early evening, remember last week fooking awful and i was bitten to death...

They love me but I find it's not so bad if you keep moving! Hanging around waiting in the forest is a real "no no"!

Tell that to the puncture fairys that were out last week

Last week I got a puncture last Tuesday and got eating alive I decided there and then while dancing around its all out war so went to the chemist and got the best weapon I could find !!!

for the bugs use repel 100 there is 75 and 55 but 100 is the strongest and the best should cost tener

Just dont put it near your helmet because it will melt the plastic. Wont make it tonight Andy, hope the rain stays away for you.
