its safe to say that was savagely awesome..fair play to Steo, welcome to the Top 1% of the Best Mountainbikers in Ireland. People think they know what a hard climb is..not a chance. Now I can understand there only being 4 of us on my spin but Colms spin was also very poorly attended. I'm heading over there right now to abuse you lot.

Jesus..I'm buzzing here..sometimes you just have to push yourself right over the limit to make yourself really feel alive ! I had a minor panic at one stage when I couldn't breathe I was riding that hard ..I had to hypnotise myself into thinking I could breathe.

Deadly spin this evening, Djouce was actually riding very well and I think I'm getting in tune with the Trance so happy days! The boys were flying up the climbs on their race bikes so it was hard work for me but still enjoyed that! More please!
