Fair play to Colm, Jack , Shona and Jacqui..where the hell were the rest of you feckin losers ! I nearly got trampled by a whole heap of women bootcampers ! everybody is doing 20 pressups on Thursday ! then some star jumps !
Yeah, it was just the four of us. My original plan was to go up Djouce Mountain, hence the suggestion for the bouncy bikes. But the weather was terrible so it was decided to stay in the valley.
We came across those bootcampers too; they stopped to take a look at us going down GC.
I was up in Djouce too .... surprised I didn't meet any of you lot! Very slithery on wet roots and I got soaked on the narrow bits where the "water laden" gorse bushes were hanging over the trails! Still.... good to be out!
This is the only spin on every week that all are welcome on at mo you should take advantage of these while they are on !!! I wont be around this coming Tuesday ether so if somebody puts the spin up turn up for it !!
Hopefully in August I wont be away every Tuesday night and can make some of these, all reports say they are deadly, I gotta take my riding up a level and these seem just the ticket to drive me to do that, will they continue into the darker hours later in the year?
They certainly do gary,although we tend to stay in one area like three rock,djouce or the leadmines etc...i cant emagine the mini bog being a nice place to be if your lights died!! Dangerous on the road back also.
