What a bunch of legends, Poor Caroline made the effort and then saw the group that turned up and she decided no thanks I'm off, and off she went leaving Myself, Richie, Alfie Damo Max Ray PhilT Paul coyne SteveP, deadly group of lads , so off we went all hungover to death, into the pissin rain up to three rock taking in all the good stuff 3 rock has to offer, Had a shot on Coyners Rocky Element full carbon it was like a toy compare to my Cannondale very nice bike I have to say. So glad I went out this morning, fair play to all who turned up it was hard to get motivated as I looked out the window this morning, I'm sick of rain but hey it was still deadly out on the bike.

feckin deadly spin..I can't believe only the drunkest people from last night turned up ! This spin was supposed to be for the Mortals in the club and none turned up ! ..jaysus I'm wiped out
