Sunday 15th Pre Nationals Training Session for everybody thats racing 10.00am

Ok kids..Next Sunday Xc training in Djouce , me and Smithers will take Vets,Masters Ladies and ,Sports riders.

Alfie and Max will take Elite Vets and Masters ..

I'm trying to be diplomatic here so nobody get offended ! i'll pick who goes with who on the day..then its retire to Lambe Doyles for banter and tactics at 1.00pm.

How does that sound ?

I like the pain my Eastern buddy but I intend to dish it out for the Elite Lite..you can bury Oz, Mickky and SteveP , Colm McG, etc.
Everybody in their Race gear too..no exceptions.
No Baggies, no Freeride bikes..100% XC.

yep..thats you..we'll get the Fat Fecker to do us up Stickers for the helmets ! we better get one that says " Sanjay " for Ray and one for Lynchy that says " Bridey " ..no thats unfair..we'll get him a sticker that says " Beast " or " t Rex " or " Pokemon " something to frighten Children with and make women run at him with their bits flapping..
