I was just thinking to myself.... I said to myself so I did, I would love to do a big , big bike spin shortly...hitting the bridge of death and the real Ewoks.....savage craic....I hope I'm better by then :-(
that was an animal of a spin, theres no stopping Steve Pollock , I think he only got warmed up yesterday, non stop from the go at The Coach House. All the way through the G ride, lower Scarr, Lower Brockagh, The EWOKS , Steve wiped out on the bridge ..jaysus , fair play for going back and doing it again, Niall Quinlan had a few moments , Dermot was on his hardtail ( a medal ) we missed Smithers !!, down the St kevins Way and back via the Glendo back lanes, Trooperstown and Roundwood..
This was the Club Sunday spin..and yet only my mates turned up ..WTF. If thats the way its going to be, I'll just email them and we'll do our own thing..as Steve said to me, " how come so many people miss the best spins "
I was knackered, hungover and on my Zesty..
and being at the Cooley Thriller was no excuse..3 of us were there yesterday.
