Ok kiddies I have been asked to Run the Thursday spins for the next while...prob till after the Roc or X-mas. Anyway we will be leaving Lambs at 6.30 sharp.
We will be doing a loop of 3 rock staying outa the schlomp, it will be all rideable!!!
I have 2/3 loops so it won't be the same every week.....about 2-2 1/2 hrs
You all know my pace so if your able to keep up with me happy days. I will have a person at the back so nobody will get lost.

I'll be there this week but not next week , i'll try to get there the following week, which bike would be best for this and which club gear, are we getting away gear ? I think we should have away gear for when we go to away races and CLub sandals , can you get club sandals, its just that the dog ate one of my sandals and I need new ones, TK Maxx only has ones you wear with socks, do you wear socks with sandals Smithers
