Tuesday Premarathon training spin 6.45 Lambe Doyles tonight

Leaving Lambes at 6.45 on a savage loop of 3 Rock...Marathon Champers or similiar only

I'd say you've come with Victor more than once.. splashing about in your speedoes together !

Myself and Fast PhilT met at 6 we left Taylor's and up to Tom climb, up to Metro 1 down to the old Nps loop back up throught the forest onto the fire road all the way up to the masts, down the road expecting to Byrner and the 6.45 crew but no sign but then I spotted them in the forest so we made our way to them and tagged on, where we went up toms again up to metro again down onto ewoks I think then the fire road climb up from Fred's field back through the forest up onto the fire road back towards the mast where the lads headed off up the front of fairy. We were 2 hrs at that stage and the pace of the lads was flat out so we headed off. Great evening for it, huge crew out on the Byrner spin great to see all the savages out giving it socks. Cheers guys.

huge gang out ...no laughing..we were fairly relaxed until Smithers departed and then the dial went up to 13 up the front of Fairy..i looked around me and there was Robin, Damo, Alfie, Max and Vinnie Fitz and it was amazing..great crew , great spin..lost half the troops again..sorry about that but as Terry said , it was like being thrown in to a tank of Piranhas !! What an evening for a spin !!

Well that was deadly, really enjoyed that! I thought that after a really sh1t day at work I would've been dead but this got my yang back big time!
Following Alfie, Damo and Steve down upper Metro was like watching one of those cool videos on pinkbike... we really need to start filming this stuff!
And then Robin overtaking me and then Damo on the hairpins down Metro 2... classic!

well I have a Go Pro and a chesty harness you can borrow anytime..some spin ..is Terry alive or what..there were little pockets of EPIC all over the place..Carol and Erica were roaming about, so was Gary and Orla..and the place was jammed with Goobers and women couples !! whats that all about..pairs of women everywhere .

Out with the legends and managed to cling on the arse of it till the bitter end. That was electric all the big boys flexing their fellujas, and I thought I'm going to die at every turn,great to see Smithers again and Where did coyner go to? also missed oz too cheers lads

Yes indeed that was a good spin,great crew out and good to see two clubs riding together and enjoying each others company!That last decent was just plain mental Alfie led i followed Damo was doing a running commentary all the way down Max was also there and Robin pulled a few hard but fair passes on the boys to spice things up and dreamtrack was just a blur!!Great Craic.

yeah meanwhile Terry was heading for the big Gap on the Dreamtrack !!

Smithers does some lovely moves on those fast jumps, it's great watching him

Deadly spin altogether,great to see such a big group out,i clung on until start of the climb up to fairy castle but start falling back as my jaw was sore chewing on the handlebars!!...kept sight of the back of terrys crust down the water gaps but then that was it so i just headed back down metro onto dream track and met with the legends in lambs...cheers all.

I ran into Marlene with some chap, Myself and Andrew were out and there were a few more we bumped into. That was a great evening for a spin around 3 rock.
