Now we are doing a Gravity Enduro style training spin on Tuesday but only for hard asses..going from Lambe Doyles to The Leadmines and a big loop of the Leadmines. Regular Tuesday people please, it will be hard.

that was a deadly little spin..the weekend must have taken its toll on the regulars..only me, Andy, Jackie and Orla from Sunday, plus Jack then Clom and Chris on their hardtails and we picked up Dave lawless and John Doris along the way..the Scalp, Barnies and just about everywhere is in bits, except for the Quarry trail , the test track and the lower Boxing ring trail..great spin, I hate riding that road from the Lambes to Barnies on my Zesty..
That was great fun thanks Richie ! Just when I thought I knew all the trails in the leadmines Richie shows me some I've never seen! Lovely pace on the big bikes good fun trying to hold on to Richie Dave and Jack on the fast bits. And to finish of on the scalp deadly
Yeah, a nice little spin. I'd say it was perfect for anyone who was racing at the weekend. I was the Ninja bike because the Abrams tank is getting the blood cleaned off it's tracks.
Chris was like a terrier after a roadie on the way back to Lambers.
