Road Spin Tuesday 28th 6.00pm - anyone fancy it?

I'm going out on the road bike tomorrow evening if anyone fancies a spin?

What route are you taking Rich?

Thought I'd head out through Enniskerry - past Djouce - Roundwood - down past Robins - left at bottom of hill - back through Enniskerry. If nobody else is coming out I could meet you at Ambrose Glass a bit earlier if that would suit you better!

fair play Rich, folks I won't be doing the regular road spins I did the last few years over winter. So don't wait for me start them up.

Right... were meeting at 6 pm at Ambrose Glass... that's the petrol station opposite the school in Kilternan where the weak park for the club races!

Great spin with Oz, Ken, Ray and Terry McD - Rasher joined us for a while too!
Pace was pretty savage in places! I'm grand on the climbs but when Ken and Oz started to turn up the pace on the flatter bits I was really gritting my teeth!
50kms in less than 2 hours with over 800mts of climbing ... nice one lads!

Recovery spin my arse!
