Great spin lads...But i didnt have time to worry about ste, Roos knee or foook all else as i had a major battles going within myself...Firstly i felt all my teeth were going to fall out they felt so loose...try to spit all that built up snot would hit the ground bounce back and stick on the side of my face..That feels ****e..You know one of those nights...Apart from that i was working off half a lung for the night...I felt like Rocky in the one where his getting the ****e knocked out of him and has the sence just to stay down...
