Now, its the only free Sunday in September so I want to run a big spin for the people in the club riding the Roc and as it needs to reflect the conditions they will experience in France, a lot of it will be on fireroads and rocky descents..hopefuly the Indian Summer will continue but if it doesnt we'll cope.
Now its not a social spin and it will be at a brisk pace so its not for beginners or the severely lapsed.
Its also not for people with non Athlete Haircuts...unless your name is Oisin.
I want to try out my new Anthem and I can't remember the last time I was on a spin with Richard, so it will be non stop.

Me too, new bearings,front and back, and a new front wheel, god bless the bike rack, I've been putting in some miles with lynchy and I've never seen him so strong. We even kept with team worc last night, that's some loop of pain they have, it's all over the south side!
Get a room you two, Ok Im thinking of doing this but I'm not racing around the fookin mountain, and Im not sure about Jurassic Park and linking to the leadmines. Sure i know my way from Cloon home so I'll be grand. I only have Chip at the moment so it will be steady one for me.
