I'm not going to make it this week unfortunately.

its a well known fact that sleeping in makes no difference whatsoever..i'll get about about 4 hours with my eyes closed tonight what with the drink, the drugs and the Coitus extravaganzo !! you frickin posh people havent a clue how to live..there are 3 places to be in life..work,home and the edge !!

yep that was a deadly one. can't beat a mountain bike spin first thing in the morning.

that was brutal..the weather was lovely but the feckin place is wet again ! some kip ..THe 3 boys hardly spoke to me all morning..its true I have more craic with Damo and Alfie when we are bating along..I had a crash on one of the schlompy trails up there ..a feckin heavy dew wrecks that place..still a **** place to ride your bike, 3 silent old women beats lying in bed spooning yourself in to a frenzy !

I went up for a 2 hour long flooster while you lads were caning it. I couldn't believe the difference from the dry in Thursday to wet Saturday morning! Still . . I totally loved it!

That was a good spin dispite the mushie conditions
