Yeah that was a good spin, I needed a good kick in the hole like that to get me back into the swing of things. Some serious slomp around, I had a lot of turbo trainer action going on going up the climbs.

I haven't been out on the bike in a while Don.... nearly 6 weeks... shameful isn't it..
The schlomp just fuppin' drained me... and there I was sittin' pretty at home at 1pm with my feet up wondering... 'will I go for a spin now coz its beautiful, sunny and crisp... or will I wait 'til it gets dark, wet and sh!tty so I can go on a nightspin with the lads..?'
I nearly didn't make it home either... I free-wheeled down all the down bits but the last up hill bit through Dartry nearly friggin' killed me...
That was also the first time I used my new night lights since I bought them... a year and a half ago...:D
