I am going to 3 rock loads of times to get practice in for the King Of 3 rock..everybody else is doing it !
Now folks..other people can run spins too . I like most people in the club so I dont mind doing my spins with them but the time will have to come when I will no longer do spins for the club just be aware that I am not waiting around for other than Wednesdays. If you can keep up with me and my mates by all means you are welcome.
Yea, there was a **** load of rain last night!! Have some brand new big spiky tyre of some kind in the shed, will hopefully get it on bike before tomorrow..
left my box of stuff (lights, clothing) on the porch this morning (very dark, very tired) - have to go home and get it first! I might be late, see you up top if I am! sorry!

Up the wet climb and left in to the singletrack
brings us back down to the bottom of the Test track
up the test track
back along the fence
up the hill in to section 2
all the way around to the tower and back through section 1 and across to the scalp and down on the road and back to palmers
last night was a deadly spin again! as ever wednesday night never fails to bring a smile to my face. felt like a proper Epicurian cycling ~10km from home to the spin and back! A real cyclist.
On another note - did you see the amount of mushrooms and moulds growing all over the leadmines? I had some colourful dreams last night - jaysus ! of of me box! Anyone else?
