ps if you have to ask can you come then the answer is no..I explained my rules to everybody over the years and if you havent gotten them by now heres a refresher, these rules only apply to Sundays
If Damo and Alfie are on the spin I dont care about anybody else...unless its Smithers.
If you are not riding a Giant , you may as well have leprosy unless you are Terry
You wont get any better not coming on my spins.
If you suspect I dont like you and you still want to go on my spins..then keep your mouth shut and avoid eye contact.
Everybody can do the Wednesday night spin provided they can keep up with Carol..I will endure people trying to convince me that I know them from years ago on these spins.
I will also accept slagging from certain people on this spin and I will give parenting and lovemaking advice on these spins..
