Richard is ill so I am taking the spin tomorrow..following his route..actually I will be adjusting it to keep away from the horrible nonsense of the N11 ..even so it will be a steady one , no racing..

we left dead on 6.30 Micky..me,Richard, Oisin and Damo..it was actually after 6.30 when we left..

yeah..80km in 3.5 hours for me 25km earlier with Carol, next week I might get her along for some of the way with us..I am enjoying these as the MTB spins, Monday,Wednesday,Saturday and Sunday are enough for any mortal and I find the road spins very sociable, Richard put together a great loop tonight. We are definitely not bating along..its all chat all the way..
