Alright its a quiet time and people are probably dreading going out in the grim Weather and schlomp but lads and ladies..you don't have to be out training, you just need to meet your clubmates and go for a spin, I know its feckin hard work sometimes but its worth it. Richard and i are doing 6.30 on the road every Tuesday, they are not fierce and you should take advantage of them. So folks, don't let your interest wane, get out there and meet your mates and have some craic !
Spins..midweek spins what the devil is going on ?
I usually need to be home for about 8pm Tuesday so if there is anyone who could go earlier than 6.30 let me know. I am going to try to go at about 5.30 for two hours on the road or if not do two hours off road leaving at the same time. I am not around this week but will post next week for anyone who finishes work that bit earlier.
