Ok Kiddies as the title says we are leaving Lambs at 10am sharp and we will be doing the ROC training spin.
It will take 2.30 to 3hrs its non stop with lots of climbing, this is the one and only time I will be doing this and waiting for people, actually most of you will be waiting for me at the top of the climbs hahahaha but there you go.
I would like to see a big group out for this, the ladies too of course, we will finish back at lambs for Lunch with a tablespoon of craic, not crack Terry craic ok...cool
