Howth Road Spins...Tuesday and Thursday each week....

I'll be doing a road spin each Tuesday and Thursday, meeting at the monument @ Clontarf for 6.05pm...

Spin will last just under 2 hours and will take in the climbs from the Sutton side and Harbour side, and a few more short sharp climbs...

Mulveys... KevinL ... Mickky... and anyone else welcome to come, pace will be steady, no talking on climbs!


I'll be doing these spins regardless of numbers ...(except if it's lashing rain out!)

The Hybrid is for the weekend, will be doing some regular Saturday MTB spins after this weekend, steady non-stop 2.5 hour !
