ah feck off..I couldn't face 3 Rock again..I was torn between 3 Rock and going on the road..I don't fancy the road when its that sliddery !

jeeeeesus..the things I do for this Club..thats after taking me ages to do !!

Only myself,Colm,and Dermo out tonight....so off we headed down the road and up kilmashouge lane all the way to the top,down the zig zags to toms and up the steep climb to the tarmac,up to the masts and onto the walkers trail left at Smithers elbow (thats the new name for the short rocky section to metro) down metro were we took a right at the end,up a bit and then a left onto ko3r trail and dropped out onto the fire road,all the way up towards freds past the masts, down metro 2 when dermo's front brake decided it dident want to work anymore!!...so he chose to head back on the road,myself and colm went down the dream track and back to lambs. Great loop tonight put together by colm....feckin hell my feet were ready to fall off!

Mine too....feet like blocks of ice when got home.

Sorry I couldn't make this one lads, but got tommy into the running club up the road from me, some set up over there the track is the buss, the amount of young kids in the place is inspiring, roll on tonight :)
