Now Folks, I'm going to start doing Thursday evening road spins. 50km steady on road bikes !

feck that its road bikes ..out along the N11 keeping it on the Flat as much as possible. Down to Glen of the downs over the bridge and back again.

hellooooooooooooooo anybody else coming along ?

I'll be there , no point in going 'balls out' unless your competing in cyclocross.
