ok..we won't be doing the usual route..conditions up top of 3 rock are frozen, we will head up via the Blue light and go across to Ticknock that way..we'll see what the craic is then ..this could be night spin of the year..don't miss out !
that was a deadly spin. me, Carol,Ronan,Harri, Dan, Sean Downey, Dermot and Clom..we nearly forgot about Clom though ! Shona was with us but had to bail as she had forgotten her lid !! Great spin , loads of slibbery singletrack.I had a few crashes . an absolutely brilliant group and loads of craic. Wednesdays are the new Tuesdays and Wednesdays combined. Only the two women and one teenager..we need more women and more teenagers or we are going to be sorry..Max you're the XC co ordinator, sort this out now !!!!
why do I even talk to Dermot..he ride a Canyon, didnt come to the AGM because he went to see Man City play, and he didn't come to the Social spin because..I didn't actually get an answer for that ..or maybe I did but I deleted from my memoryophile
Deadly spin. trance's rock, especially on Continental Rubber Queens - I know people think they're sketchy, they're not. just ask Clom, he's a rubber-queen-king.
great to be out on the bike, it really clears your head when you have a lot on your mind. Act to feel, don't feel to act - getting out on the bike riding every slippery dippery trail in the place was rad to the power of tax.
What a great bunch too.
& yes in the Presidents words - I have to get loose. Really tried it going down dream track and it paid off big time! no stalls or falls just icy-railed-goodness! brialliant. Again - what a group - legends! (Except Dermot 'casue he rides a Canyon )
