Now, due to my 32 County Project, hopefully a new team(s) project, taking up adventure racing and trying to manage a multi million euro franchise I won't be running spins for the general members.
I will however be riding my bike on Mondays and Wednesdays with Carol , Tuesdays and Thursdays with the people I will be racing with over the year but I will not be running any actual Club Spins. I will of course still be President unless somebody else wants that job and I will be open for advice happy to help people with training tips etc. I will also be leading the once a month Social spin.
I may also be on the Telly ..
