Lovely little spin with Harri, Colm,Ray and Coyner. After A good suggestion from the Cork lad we went up the Leadmines and did a lap of the club course in reverse which was deadly. The first few sections are faster and probably a bit easier but then the last section (first section) is really hard but also deadly. I headed back with Ray and Paul and the lads did a bit more.

great spin thanks Gar - really enjoyed it - so much so that Colm (Clom) and I decided to shred-some-more-gnarr. Free ride mania was had by the pair of us until I feel off my bike onto my knee and I did my best Peter Griffin impression (fffffsssssssss, scccchhhhhhh x1,000) got back on and slammed it! Considering I was sick - I did fine! yippee thanks to Clom for extending the spin and shepparding me back home! Clom is fast. Great spin. really enjoyable!
