Tuesday 8th 6:45 Lamb Doyles XC Training loop

I’m going to start up the Tuesday night training spins. These will start off steady enough but will get harder each week.

It’s geared for S3 riders but everyone is welcome particularly those who don’t have a road bike.

Leaving Lambs at 6:45.

cracken spin there Colm, I got in 42k I cycled from the house, met Colm and Ronnan at lambs Colm led us up Kilmashouge hill down the zig zags up killer climb onto the tarmac accross to the water bars up fairy castle to metro 1 and 2 then down dream track and home, thanks Colm! its a good old spin going from the house I may do that more often
