Mr Ru Devoy of old EPIC is cycling every Thursday on his lonesome because he is a lonely loser but to avoid any more abuse from me he is training hard to beat me in this years Club League..so he is making his normally exclusive spins open to others..he'll be passing Taylors every Thursday at 6.00 and he'd really love it if people turned up !

The spin when well last night from "The three rock bar" at 6 O clock ,Myself and Bon headed up to ticknock and up the usual way, up metro, across the forest and down to Toms. We went right at toms and climbed up that to the fire road . We where thinking , what's the name of that trail, its like the old fireroad... lets call it the "the wet trail" and then up to... lets call it" Bons trails" , because he can do it with out putting a foot wrong. We went half way up that, couldn't take much more of the wind and rain out in the open, so hooked right and back to the fire road, up to the top of metro and down down down. lashed it back home ,in the door at 740 . great night in rough conditions . But feel great from it. please come alone, all welcome. somebody needs to tell us the names of these trails.
I'll be there next week, sounds too good to miss !!
