OK. Can't make it for 6:30, so I'm just gonna head up 3 Rock from Lamb Doyles around 7.

Amazing spin around the Fox's loop on 3 Rock with the usual great crew... what a beautiful night out there. Can't wait to get out on the bike in the morning!

great spin around Killiney tonight on the road bikes..very civilized pace out with the two old *******s, Byrne and Doris ..then 3 brutish laps and one social lap, both Phils had never been there..I'll be doing these till the end of March .
I can't wait for Djouce tomorrow night ..
